We use Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for ) . we call / text/ email you the day we send your items with the tracker number.
Also we would like to try and to send your items so their delivery day is the best for you.
We do not post to Countries outside the UK.
Returns
For online purchases
We ask you to notify us in 7 days ,if you would like to return or exchange the items
Items must be back in our shop within 14 days
All original tags must attached , in unused condition .
Please use the original packaging and tissue paper (how it was sent to you ).
Postage will not be refunded
Return postage is paid for by the customer unless the items are faulty
If items lost or damaged in the return post , its the responsibilty of the customer
For shop purchases, we request the items to be brought back within 7 days of purchase, for an exchange or a credit note
For both online and shop bought
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn ,or damaged
Tags not be removed , if removed we do not accept return of Item
We require the receipt to be enclosed with the returned goods

We are happy to exchange items , for other items or a credit note
